Edgar Sanchez
Founder & CEO
Music industry executive with over 25 years experience. Edgar Sanchez is not only the CEO of Launch Music Group but is a multi-platinum Executive Producer who has worked with a who's who of the music industry from his original mentor Pharrell Williams of The Neptunes to Dr. Dre, Travis Barker & Playboi Carti to name a few. Most recently discovering Pop Global Superstar Anitta and Super Brazilian Producer turned protégé Papatinho bringing them both to America to record Anitta very first english demos which led Anitta to a global music deal with Warner Records and label deal for Papatinho with Warner Brazil. Edgar had the vision early and ushered in and introduced a new global sound "Baile Funk" onto the global music scene infiltrating the Latin music scene and the American music scene. Anitta has gone on to break world records, win MTV awards, Grammy Nominated and the list goes on, Edgar had the vision. Now the doors have been opened for other Brazilian stars to break into the global music scene from Brazil. Edgar recently introduced Luisa Sonza another Brazilian pop star to the American music scene on the Bad Boys 4 "Ride or Die" movie soundtrack, the Papatinho produced single "Flores Pa Ti" also featuring Becky G and Executive Produced by Edgar Sanchez. Edgar just signed his first male Brazilian pop star 'Vitao' who is up next for a global crossover English, Spanish and Portuguese triple threat. Stay tuned Launch Music Group is just getting started.

Mr. Sanchez is well known for executive producing "The Recipe" feat Dr. Dre and "Poetic Justice" feat Drake on Kendrick Lamar's first major album release "GKMC" both records became singles and now "GKMC" has evolved into a hip-hop classic. Edgar was the only one with two singles placed on K.Dots debut LP which now holds the record for the longest charting hip-hop album in Billboard Charts HISTORY! Going on it's 12 consecutive year on Billboard 200 is simply mind blowing and historic. "Good music will always stand the test of time and time is a testament to 'GKMC' that quality over quantity always wins." says Edgar. Rolling Stone also named the historic album 'Good Kid Maad City' the #1 conceptual album of all time. The accolades continue to roll in every year with 'GKMC' like wine the LP continues to get better with time and it's the gift that keeps on giving the album continues to break and make history on a daily basis with no signs of stopping anytime soon.
